Return and Refund Policy

Due to the Handmade nature of my products, All Sales Are Final.  Returns and Refunds accepted at the sole discretion of Pirate Monkey Art

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to carrier or customs. 
• If you've received the wrong item, let me know and we'll get it sorted
• No Refunds or Returns on Custom Orders
• No exchanges. I don't play that game
• If you didn't read the description or read it wrong and it's not what you expected, I don't want to hear about it. You screwed up. Learn from it and do better in the future. 
• If you received something broken during shipping, contact the delivery service, it's out of my control. But let me know, maybe I can help.
• In the event of a refund, it will be through your payment method and whatever their terms are. 
• if your nice and want to return something anyway, you're responsible for shipping and a 25% restocking fee
